Coroneagh Park Nursing home located in Penguin was fully upgraded between 2016 and 2017. The upgraded home now has the capacity for 78 residents including 15 in a secure dementia unit. EST provided the design for a new Fire Sprinkler system within the home, new Hydronic heating system via central condensing boilers, new commercial kitchen including a Halton KVF ‘Capture Jet’ Canopy, new demand driven variable speed exhaust systems and new Electrical services systems including energy efficient lighting and new nurse call system.
