This large, high profile central city accommodation facility built by The University of Tasmania includes 430 studio apartments for students. Each apartment includes a kitchenette and bathroom. Each floor has shared facilities such as laundries and break out spaces. The facility also comprises communal kitchen and dining area, a cafe and underground parking levels.
EST were responsible for Mechanical Services, Lifts, Electrical Services including data, communications and security, Hydraulic Service and Fire Detection and Sprinklers.
In addition EST also provided engineering services for the University Accommodation at Burnie, Inveresk and Launceston (Newnham).
