The Sustainability Centre is Tasmania’s first 6 Star Green Star building. Engineering Solutions Tasmania provided the mechanical services for this project which included a waste oil boiler, solar walls, thermal storage for cooling and natural ventilation. The project tested many novel technologies and represents a landmark in building services design.
