Located in Launceston, The Charles development includes hotel, luxury apartments and a commercial precinct. The development transformed the derelict 1930’s building into a mixed-use development including hotel, private apartments, restaurant, conference centre and consulting/retail outlets. This project was awarded the 2012 Innovation and Excellence award by the Property Council of Australia.
